You can be confident that our professional cleaning technicians have undergone comprehensive training with a top-rated program. All of our staff are required to pass a background check. We show respect to our clients by refraining from smoking, drinking, eating, or using electronic devices while cleaning their homes. Our team takes pride in wearing uniforms and consistently provides services that go above and beyond expectations. We regularly undergo training to stay updated on the most advanced cleaning techniques. For extra safety and reassurance, our work is overseen by a trusted and experienced supervisor.

At Clean Bee Home Services, we understand the significance of effective communication, particularly concerning valuable items in your home and any specific cleaning preferences you may have. We respect your confidence and strive to gain it through dependable, high-quality cleaning services tailored to fulfill your requirements and surpass your expectations.

Following each cleaning, customers are given a survey to communicate their thoughts. We utilize this feedback to implement improvements and enhance our service for all clients. We also utilize star ratings from customer feedback to provide incentives and rewards for employees.

To achieve optimal efficiency, we request that you tidy up any toys or clothes before our arrival. Additionally, we kindly ask that your sink be clear of dishes so that our cleaning technicians can thoroughly clean it. Fulfilling these requests will assist both your family and our team in ensuring that all of your belongings are secure.

For your convenience, all of our clients are set up on auto-pay. Your card will be billed after the service is performed. For a first-time clean or one-time clean, we require a non-refundable deposit to hold your appointment. Contact the office for more details or questions

Due to our commitment to giving each home the necessary care and attention, we are unable to guarantee the exact time of our arrival. However, we will send a reminder email to all clients 48 hours before each cleaning appointment, providing the arrival date, estimated time, and the names of the cleaning technician(s).

We know life happens, and sometimes your service will need to be skipped. Whether you are doing a construction project, have unexpected guests, pre-planned family vacations OR circumstances beyond anyones control……we understand. However, if you are requesting us to skip please know we will make a price adjustment for your next cleaning.

If you are WEEKLY your next visit will increase by $12.

If you are BI-WEEKLY your next visit will be increased by $18.

If you are MONTHLY your next visit will increase by $25.

We emphasize the importance of consistently assigning the same team to clean your home and make every effort to ensure this continuity. In the event of a team member’s absence, we will strive to find a suitable replacement. Our cleaning technicians receive thorough training to maintain consistent quality in our work. They also use the Clean Bee Home Services app, which provides customized checklists for each home to ensure thorough cleaning and accuracy.

We can accommodate that request, however, our working hours are from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, and as a result, the majority of our clients are not present at home during that time.
